Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel or transport.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to customer resolution.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new travel management platforms quickly.
• Willingness to relocate for this position in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking users regarding their car-sharing travel experiences.
• Resolve booking, billing, and vehicle access inquiries with a customer-centric focus.
• Assist travelers with navigation and real-time support during their rental journeys within the travel industry sector.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure service consistency.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize travel service protocols.
• Manage user accounts and provide technical troubleshooting for the car-sharing mobile application.
• Represent our premium travel brand by delivering exceptional communication via phone, email, and chat.
