Inetum Portugal is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the DORA implementation across multiple entities, translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans and delivering on milestones. The role requires IT project management experience, strong stakeholder coordination, and the ability to bridge technical, cybersecurity, and business teams.

Hybrid work model with 50% remote in Lisbon; excellent governance and reporting capabilities are essential to success.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of IT or technology project management.
• Experience managing roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and information systems.
• Knowledge of DORA requirements is a strong advantage.
• Python scripting knowledge is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define, maintain and drive the DORA implementation roadmap with key milestones and timelines.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable implementation plans and activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies and delays, and resolve blockers.
• Provide executive reporting and maintain project documentation and SharePoint repos.

-ProjectPlanning&Delivery

• Define,maintain,anddrivetheDORAimplementationroadmap,ensuringtheachievementofkeymilestones,deliverables,andtimelines.
• Translateregulatoryrequirementsintoactionableimplementationplansandoperationalactivities.
• Monitorprojectprogressandproactivelyidentifyrisks,dependencies,andpotentialdelays.
• Ensureeffectivefollow-uponactionsandsupporttheresolutionofprojectroadblocks.
• AssistdifferententitiesthroughouttheirDORAcompliancejourneyandimplementationefforts.

-StakeholderManagement:

• Coordinateworkshops,steeringcommittees,follow-upmeetings,andalignmentsessions.
• FostercollaborationbetweenBusiness,IT,Cybersecurity,andManagementteams.
• Facilitatehealthchecksandprogressreviewstoassessimplementationstatusandaddresschallenges.
• ActastheprimarypointofcontactforDORA-relatedtopicsandinitiatives.

-Reporting&Communication:

• Preparedashboards,statusreports,executivepresentations,andprojectdocumentation.
• Communicateprojectprogress,risks,priorities,andnextstepsclearlyandeffectively.
• Maintainprojectrepositories,FAQs,lessonslearned,andSharePointdocumentation.
• Ensureconsistentandtransparentcommunicationwithstakeholdersatalllevelsoftheorganization.

-TechnicalImplementationSupport:

• WorkcloselywithtechnicalandbusinessteamstosupporttheimplementationofDORArequirements.
• Contributetoinitiativesinvolving:Networksegmentation,Backupandrecoveryprocesses,Third-partyriskmonitoring,OperationalresiliencecontrolsandCybersecuritygovernance.
• Coordinateremediationactivitiesandsupporttheresolutionoftechnicalandoperationalchallenges.

Qualifications

• Minimumof3yearsofexperienceinITortechnologyprojectmanagement.
• Provenexperiencemanagingprojectroadmaps,milestones,deliverables,andmultiplestakeholders.
• SolidunderstandingofITinfrastructureandinformationsystems.
• Familiaritywith:Serverandsystemarchitectures,Networkingfundamentals,Cybersecurityprinciples,TheCIATriad(Confidentiality,Integrity,andAvailability)andSecurityandresiliencetestingmethodologies.
• Knowledgeofoperationalresilienceandcybersecurityframeworks.
• KnowledgeofDORArequirementsisastrongadvantage.
• Pythonscriptingknowledgeisconsideredaplus.
• Experienceproducingexecutive-levelreportingandprojectdocumentation.
