Start Campus is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to manage and safeguard technical, design, construction, and compliance documentation across a hyperscale data center program. You’ll act as the gatekeeper of the project’s single source of truth, enabling coordination across engineering, construction, commissioning, quality, operations, consultants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities include full document lifecycle management, version control, and procedures enforcement, with a focus

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Administration.
• 3-5 years in document control or project administration, ideally in data center, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems (DMS) such as ACC, SharePoint, others.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and document control best practices.
• Understanding BIM documentation processes and integrations with document control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of project documents including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archiving.
• Ensure version control, numbering, and traceability for drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
• Maintain document control procedures in line with standards.
• Ensure documentation complies with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Support Design & Delivery teams in issuing, tracking, and updating documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely submission and approval of design packages.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation logs, registers, and reports for management and audits.
• Ensure alignment between design, construction, and operations documentation during handover.
