InnoTech in Portugal seeks a DMS Product Manager to define and drive roadmaps for Dealer Management Systems, aligning with market needs and customer feedback. You will oversee backlogs, work with cross-functional teams, and coordinate releases from pilot to deployment, ensuring successful implementations.

Strong English and stakeholder collaboration across international teams are essential. Ideal candidates have DMS experience and a background in product management, with willingness to travel

Competenze

• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as iCar, Datacar, or Eris.
• Proven product management experience including roadmaps and backlogs.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong stakeholder management across international teams.
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.

Your Mission Will Be

• Define and manage product roadmaps for Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ensuring alignment with business strategy, market trends, and customer needs;
• Oversee product backlogs, prioritise epics, features, and bug fixes, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-value solutions;
• Gather and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams;
• Coordinate product releases, including delivery validation, pilot phases, and collaboration with deployment teams to ensure successful implementations;
• Work closely with customers, internal departments, and external partners to identify improvement opportunities, support pre-sales activities, and drive continuous product evolution.

You Will Need

• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including dealership operations, sales, after-sales services, and related business processes;
• Previous experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), particularly solutions such as iCar, Datacar, or Eris;
• Proven experience in Product Management, including roadmap definition, backlog prioritisation, requirements management, and Agile development methodologies;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly document business requirements and workflows;
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and international teams;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Familiarity with automotive CRM solutions, dealership management software, and related business applications;
• Experience supporting product launches, pilot phases, pre-sales presentations, and customer-facing activities;
• Ability to collaborate across different cultures and countries, with availability for occasional business travel within Europe;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields.
