You will use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and editing, delivering multiple testable assets per week with speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years editing direct response video ads for DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio of paid social video work and performance storytelling.
• Experience creating static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Proficient editing tools: CapCut or Premiere Pro or After Effects; Photoshop for assets.
• Strong English communication and ability to work fast under pressure.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and scripting ideas.

Responsibilities

• Direct response video editing for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Edit UGC, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led videos into ads.
• Develop hooks, angles, and CTAs; test variations for performance.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives and layouts.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to align with goals.
