Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Lisbon seeks a full-time non-management team member for Food and Beverage & Culinary operations. You will ensure staff work together to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs, including grooming checks, opening/closing duties, and inventory control.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff while upholding safety policies and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff to ensure service standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure staff work together to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies; complete opening/closing duties.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing; complete inventories and stock requisitions.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
