PPOAR is seeking an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in Lisbon, focusing on high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role works closely with kitchen staff to maintain food quality, manage inventory and budget, and hire/train new staff while ensuring health & safety compliance.

This entry-level position offers opportunities for growth within the company and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Portuguese preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including opening/closing duties.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and budget to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff members.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant.
• Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
