Qualificações

• Extensive experience in strategic project, program, or transformation management within cybersecurity, technology, or digital organizations.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operating models, governance frameworks, and technology landscapes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives and transformation programs aligned with business objectives.
• Drive board-sponsored and executive-level programs with transparent milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Implement organizational transformations across the cybersecurity function.
• Manage large-scale technology projects, modernization efforts, and platform refresh programs.
• Establish governance structures and reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Advance AI transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, resilience, and business value.
