We are looking for a Junior Digital Measurement and Analytics Analyst to support digital data measurement initiatives within the marketing, communications and media sector. This role focuses on web and app analytics, tag management, consent-aware tracking, campaign measurement and the transformation of digital data into reliable business insight.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the implementation and maintenance of measurement plans, KPI frameworks and digital tracking structures across web and app environments.
- Assist in maintaining data taxonomy consistency, URL parameter standardization and tracking governance across digital and media channels.
- Configure, test and validate tags, pixels and events using Google Tag Manager, under technical guidance.
- Support data collection checks related to GA4, DataLayer implementation, event tracking and campaign measurement.
- Assist with consent management, GDPR-aligned tracking practices and first-party data collection requirements.
- Help structure conversion funnel data and attribution inputs to support media and performance analysis.
- Support GA4 data integration with marketing, attribution and business data sources.
- Use SQL and Google BigQuery to extract, validate and analyze marketing, product and digital performance data.
- Contribute to dashboard proofs of concept and Looker Studio prototypes for analytical validation.
- Collaborate with BI, media and development teams to clarify tracking needs and reporting requirements.
- Participate in data quality checks, tracking audits and documentation of measurement processes.
- Learn and apply digital analytics best practices with support from more experienced team members.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Initial experience or strong academic, training or project exposure in digital analytics, web analytics, marketing data or data analysis.
- Interest in digital measurement, media performance, tracking governance and data quality.
- Ability to analyze data issues, ask relevant questions and follow structured problem-solving approaches.
- Clear communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative, responsible and transparent working style.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback and develop technical autonomy in dynamic project contexts.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- GA4 for web and app environments.
- Measurement plans, KPI frameworks and digital data structures.
- DataLayer concepts, event tracking, pixels and tag validation.
- GDPR, consent management, Consent Mode and first-party data collection.
- Conversion funnel analysis and digital attribution concepts.
- SQL and Google BigQuery.
- Media campaign tracking, UTM standardization and cross-channel taxonomy.
- Basic understanding of API integrations with advertising platforms, CDPs or MMPs.
- Data quality checks, tracking audits and analytics governance.
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic knowledge of Python or R applied to data analysis.
- Familiarity with data science or AI concepts applied to analytics, such as predictive models, data automation or LLM-based analytics use cases.
- Exposure to CRM platforms or omnichannel data sources.
- Awareness of mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch.
- Certifications or training within the Google ecosystem, such as Google Analytics or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau for analytical exploration or dashboard prototyping.
