Atlean World in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Digital Marketing Customer Support Specialist who speaks Portuguese and English. You will support advertisers, troubleshoot product issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese with strong English skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts required.
• Experience with paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech service is preferred.
• Fluency with social media products and basic digital ad understanding.
• Strong customer service orientation; ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide B2B support to advertisers and manage product troubleshooting.
• Deliver exceptional customer support for advertising offerings via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve product questions.
• Improve Customer Satisfaction metrics through proactive case management.
• Maintain SLAs across channels to reduce resolution times.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issues with in-house specialists.

How your day-to-day would look like:

Provide B2B support to our valued advertisers. You'll be responsible for managing product troubleshooting and delivering exceptional customer support related to our advertising offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• From day one, you'll play an integral role in proactively identifying initiatives to enhance our services and elevate the overall user experience.
• Manage and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for our advertising products, handling inquiries via email and chat channels.
• Take ownership of query resolution by collaborating with our internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to address all types of general, technical, or product-related questions.
• Enhance overall Customer Satisfaction metrics by ensuring high-quality service throughout the case journey, providing regular updates at every touchpoint.
• Maintain strict adherence to service levels across all channels to achieve Best in Class productivity and significantly reduce resolution times for our end customers.
• Collaborate with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues they may encounter.
