Match Profiler is seeking a Mid–Senior Digital Experience Management specialist to join a flexible hybrid team in Lisbon. You will leverage your IT and data architecture expertise to design, implement, and optimize digital workplace services.

Digital Experience Management (m/f) – Flexible hybrid work model (Lisbon)

What do you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience with digital experience management tools and as a data architect in the IT sector (experience in the digital workplace area is a plus)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, especially Windows device management
• Experience in designing, implementing, providing, and optimizing IT services
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to demonstrate commitment to developing, driving, and managing services in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with medium-high English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing), and the ability to present complex issues to multi-level stakeholders
• Passion for technology and strong execution strengths
