Match Profiler in Lisbon is seeking a Digital Experience Management professional for a flexible hybrid role. You will work with digital experience management tools, design and optimize IT services, and engage with multi-level stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 3–4 years in IT, strong English, and a proactive, end-user focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years of proven experience with digital experience management tools and as a data architect.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, especially Windows device management.
• Experience in designing, implementing, providing, and optimizing IT services.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to demonstrate commitment to developing, driving, and managing services in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with medium-high English proficiency, and the ability to present complex issues to multi-level stakeholders.

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience with digital experience management tools and as a data architect in the IT sector (experience in the digital workplace area is a plus)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, especially Windows device management
• Experience in designing, implementing, providing, and optimizing IT services
• Strong presentation and communication skills
