Match Profiler, an information systems consultancy, is expanding its team with an IT Solution Expert (m/f) for a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will contribute to solution delivery, application management, and continuous improvement within an international environment.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, experience with Agile practices (Scrum/SAFe), and strong English skills to collaborate across partners and service providers. Join a close-knit, growth‑oriented team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Experience in solution delivery, application management, or software development projects.
• Experience with solution enhancements, operational support, and continuous improvement activities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Understanding of software development technologies, integrations, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners and service providers.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
