Homa is seeking a Digital Experience Management specialist to join a flexible hybrid team in Lisbon. You will work on digital experience management tools, design and optimize IT services, and collaborate with multi-level stakeholders.

The role requires 3–4 years in IT, strong English skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will engage end-users with end-to-end responsibility and participate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 3–4+ years in digital experience management and data architecture.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Windows device management.
• Experience in designing and optimizing IT services.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience with digital experience management tools and as a data architect in the IT sector (experience in the digital workplace area is a plus)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, especially Windows device management
• Experience in designing, implementing, providing, and optimizing IT services
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to demonstrate commitment to developing, driving, and managing services in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with medium-high English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing), and the ability to present complex issues to multi-level stakeholders
• Passion for technology and strong execution strengths
