Match Profiler seeks a Digital Experience Management professional for a flexible hybrid role in Lisbon. You will work on digital experience management initiatives, shape IT services, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

The position targets a senior profile with strong architectural insight and end-to-end ownership. The role emphasizes delivering reliable IT services, effective communication, and proactive collaboration with business units, while supporting growth and innovation

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 3–4 years of proven experience with digital experience management tools and as a data architect in the IT sector.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, especially Windows device management.
• Experience in designing, implementing, providing, and optimizing IT services.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Medium-high English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
• End-user focus and end-to-end responsibility.
• Proactivity and time management.
