You will lead development projects, manage teams, ensure backlog-driven planning, monitor progress after each Sprint, and maintain service quality while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

• Minimum 7 years of IT development experience.
• Experience managing high-critical services for more than 5 years.
• Production planning considering backlog priority.
• Resource allocation and management.
• Verifies the process progress after each Sprint.
• Responsible for process quality.
• Operation monitoring and control.
• Experience in application solutions / Delivery services.
• Team management and leadership.
• Service management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development projects and programs with more than 5 team members.
• Monitor progress after every Sprint and ensure quality.
• Plan backlog-driven delivery, allocate resources and supervise delivery.
• Coordinate delivery services and ensure high-availability operations.
