hôma is seeking a Mid-Senior level Digital Experience Management professional in Lisbon on a flexible hybrid model. The role focuses on delivering digital experience management services, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving end-to-end IT solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in digital experience management and data architecture, with strong English communication and a proactive, end-user–driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience with digital experience management tools and as a data architect in IT.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Windows device management.
• Experience in designing, implementing, providing, and optimizing IT services.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to drive and manage services in a fast-paced environment.
