Job summary

MSD in Lisbon is seeking a Digital & Data Lead to shape and operationally drive the market's integrated Digital, Data, Automation, AI, Customer Engagement, Experience and Business Insights agenda. You will partner with commercial units to align strategy, roadmap and portfolio of initiatives, connecting CRM, analytics and marketing tech into a cohesive operating model.

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, you will oversee governance, investments and the realization of measurable value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in Digital, Data, Customer Engagement or related transformation roles.
• Track record delivering digital, analytics, automation and AI strategies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the market's Digital, Data, AI and Automation agenda.
• Act as Product Owner for Digital and Data cross-functional teams.
• Transform data into actionable insights for strategy and decisions.
• Accelerate AI adoption to improve productivity and execution.
• Oversee CRM, SFE, Market Research, Data, AI and Digital capabilities.
• Establish governance, prioritize investments and realize value.
