Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Sales Development Specialist to engage with potential advertisers, help them understand platform value, and launch digital advertising campaigns. You will contact prospects, present strategies, and assist with onboarding and campaign setup.

The role requires native to fluent English, consultative sales experience, and knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems. EU work authorization is required, with a 12-month renewable contract and training provided.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent English required (C1/C2).
• Experience in consultative sales, outbound prospecting, or business development.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls and sessions to convert prospects into advertisers.
• Deliver pitches and digital media strategies; handle objections effectively.
• Assist decision-makers in account onboarding and campaign setup.
• Analyze client needs to tailor advertising solutions.
• Maintain pipeline and updates in CRM systems.
