Cross Border Talents is seeking a Junior Marketing and Paid Ads Specialist in Lisbon to support business customers on digital advertising platforms. You will help with campaign setup, ad performance, and platform features while learning digital marketing basics.

The role emphasizes strong communication, an analytical mindset, and client support, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic international team. EU eligibility or Portuguese residency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid ads campaigns and marketing.
• Proficient in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; client-support mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist business customers with questions about digital advertising platforms, campaign setup, and account management.
• Provide support with ad creation, campaign settings, budgets, targeting, and basic performance metrics.
• Guide customers through advertising tools and explain platform features in a clear and accessible way.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, billing, account access, and other advertising-related issues.
• Help customers understand basic campaign performance indicators and available optimization options.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally through email, chat, phone, or other communication channels.
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Escalate complex technical or advertising issues to specialized teams when necessary.
• Stay up to date with advertising platform features, digital marketing trends, and campaign best practices through ongoing training.
