Inetum is seeking an IT Operations Engineer (DevOps & Production Services) to ensure stability, security, scalability, and operational readiness of production applications and infrastructure within an Agile DevOps environment.

The role emphasizes automation, observability, incident prevention, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Production Support teams to embed operational requirements throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualificações

2+ years of IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or related disciplines.
Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
Proven experience supporting production applications and infrastructure.
Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure Management, ITSM, Incident/Problem/Change Management, and IT Risk.
Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and automation solutions.

Responsabilidades

Ensure stability, availability, performance, and security of production apps and infrastructure.
Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams to embed operational requirements.
Monitor and improve system health through observability and automation.
Support incident, problem, and change management with root-cause analysis.
Contribute to IaC and infrastructure automation initiatives.
Participate in CI/CD deployment, release, and environment management.
