Decskill is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to join an Agile and DevOps environment in Portugal. You will ensure production stability, integrate infrastructure requirements, and support deployment activities across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 2–3 years in IT Operations, experience with production operations, and a customer‑oriented mindset. You will work with tools like Docker, OpenShift, and Dynatrace, contributing to continuous improvement and risk management.

Qualificações

2–3 years of professional experience in IT Operations.
Experience with IT infrastructure and production operations.
Knowledge of IT risk and cybersecurity principles.
Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Ensure production stability across the project lifecycle.
Integrate production and infrastructure requirements into projects and solutions.
Support application and infrastructure deployment activities.
Monitor production environments and ensure operational performance.
Maintain production services in operational condition.
Contribute to production operation steering and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and resolve production issues, ensuring an effective problem‑solving approach.
Monitor and analyse performance indicators.
Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes.
Support IT risk and cybersecurity requirements within production environments.
Collaborate with Agile and DevOps teams to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
Contribute to project management activities related to IT Operations.
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders, maintaining a customer‑oriented approach.
Identify opportunities for improvement and bring creativity to operational challenges.
Share knowledge and contribute to team development.
