Decskill is seeking an IT Operations / Cloud Infrastructure professional to work in an Agile/DevOps environment, coordinating with Development, Security and Production Support teams to deliver stable, secure, scalable and production-ready solutions.

The role covers production and non-production environments, deployment support, incident response, and continuous improvement of IT operations and automation practices within a dynamic, international IT services context.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of professional IT Infrastructure/Operations experience.
• Experience with Production Operations and management of production environments.
• Experience with Cloud/Cloud Infrastructure.
• Good understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT Risk and Cybersecurity.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace).
• Good understanding of the DevOps toolchain (GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible).
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsabilidades

• Act as an IT Operations reference throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring production and infrastructure requirements are considered from design to deployment.
• Participate in defining technical solutions aligned with production, security, architecture and scalability needs.
• Integrate infrastructure and operational requirements into the Product Backlog with technical user stories on industrialisation and automation.
• Ensure provision of production and infrastructure resources to facilitate deployment.
• Assess technologies and services according to application and business requirements.
• Promote use of products that integrate security, resilience, monitoring and operational requirements.
• Define and implement monitoring and supervision mechanisms for production solutions.
• Work with Application Production Support to ensure effective service monitoring and supervision.
• Contribute to Service Levels and Production KPIs; ensure up-to-date docs and DR plans.
• Provide technical support during releases, incidents or blockers; drive continuous improvement of IT Operations.
