Claranet limited is seeking a DevOps professional in Lisbon, Portugal, to integrate into their talent team. The successful candidate will design and develop AI-powered agents, defining architectures using LLMs, while promoting best practices for Generative AI within tech teams.

A strong background in cloud platforms, especially GCP, along with proficiency in CI/CD and DevSecOps, is essential. The role offers a collaborative environment focused on innovation and improving customer solutions.

Yourresponsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and evolve AI-powered agents tosupport different phases of the SDLC (analysis, development, testing,documentation, code review, and operations).
  
• Define and implement architectures for AI agentsusing LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
  
• Establish and track metrics for adoption,productivity, and ROI of implemented solutions.
  
• Promote best practices for the use of GenerativeAI within technical teams.
  
• Produce technical documentation, playbooks, andrun enablement/training sessions.
  
• Stay up to date with the Generative AI landscapeand propose new use cases and improvements.
  

Youmust have:

• Strong experience with cloud platforms(preferably GCP).
  
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices,including CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps principles
  
• Automation and infrastructure management
  
• Experience with API integrations, cloud services,and DevOps tooling.
  
• Knowledge of software engineering principles andbest practices.
  
• Experience working in large-scale enterpriseenvironments.
  

Wevalue:

• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs): Architecture,prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation
  
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks: LangChain,LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI (or similar)
  
• Experience with AI cost optimization (token usageand cost control)
  
• Knowledge of autonomous and multi-agent systems
