Claranet limited in Lisbon is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to join our talent team. You will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and automation, integrate with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, and collaborate across Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

The role focuses on AI-driven processes for requirements management, test automation, and software delivery, with emphasis on building reliable cloud-based integrations and high-availability

Qualificações

• Around 1 year of professional experience in AI engineering or software engineering.
• Experience developing AI-based solutions, automations, or intelligent agents.
• Proficiency in Python and solid software development fundamentals.
• Experience working with LLMs, AI copilots, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, testing, and version control (Git).
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern software engineering environments.
• Understanding of cloud-native applications and AI solution deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, agents, and automation solutions.
• Build and enhance AI agents that support SDLC processes, improving productivity and operational efficiency.
• Develop integrations with enterprise platforms such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and other engineering tools.
• Create and optimize AI-driven solutions for requirements management, test automation, and software delivery processes.
• Collaborate with Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Support the migration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI products and cloud-based integrations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing AI applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and best practices related to AI adoption and software engineering.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and CI/CD processes to ensure solution quality.

Yourresponsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-poweredapplications, agents, and automation solutions.
