Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an AI Engineer to join a project focused on designing, developing, and evolving Generative AI solutions, with emphasis on autonomous and multi-agent systems to support the SDLC. You will design AI agents for SDLC stages, define LLM-based architectures, promote best practices, and monitor market developments.

Qualificações

• Experience with Large Language Models and AI agents for SDLC support.
• Ability to optimize token consumption and control costs in Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) and enterprise AI deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and evolve AI agents to support SDLC stages such as analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations.
• Define agent architectures based on LLMs and AI frameworks, and measure adoption, productivity, and ROI.
• Promote best-practices in Generative AI across technical teams and create guides and enablement materials.

We are looking for a AI Engineer to join a project focused on the design, development, and evolution of Generative AI solutions, with a particular focus on autonomous and multi-agent systems to support the software development lifecycle.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and evolve AI agents to support the various stages of the SDLC, including analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operations.
• Define agent architectures based on LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks, as well as adoption, productivity, and return-on-investment metrics for the implemented solutions.
• Responsible for promoting best practices in the use of Generative AI among technical teams, producing documentation, guides, and enablement sessions, and monitoring technological developments in the market, identifying new application opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• Solid experience with Large Language Models, including architecture, prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Proven experience in optimizing token consumption and cost control in Generative AI solutions.
• Experience in Cloud, namely GCP, and knowledge of autonomous and multi-agent development to support the SDLC.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, software engineering, Cloud, DevSecOps, and CI/CD platforms.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security and compliance, cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and experience in adoption and digital transformation programs are also valued.
