Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to coach and transform DevOps practices in the Digital Infrastructure team in Lisbon, overseeing a 10+ member team.

You will drive CI/CD tooling, automation, and knowledge sharing across teams in an Agile environment, with a hybrid work model. The role offers growth, training, and a supportive culture focused on collaboration and integrity.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years experience as a DevOps Engineer with coaching focus.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tooling and automation.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud, Kubernetes, and container platforms.
• Python used for automation and scripting.
• Ability to coach teams and drive DevOps adoption with workshops.

Aufgaben

• Coach Dev and Ops teams to improve DevOps maturity and autonomy.
• Promote CI/CD tooling and automation practices across projects.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Participate in solution studies and technical design decisions.
• Act as local manager in Lisbon, overseeing 10+ team members.
