act digital in Lisbon is seeking a Senior DevOps Coach / Local Manager to lead the Digital Infrastructure team for a top client. You will drive the DevOps transformation, elevate team maturity, and serve as the local manager for 10+ engineers.

The role blends hands-on automation with strategic leadership in a high-impact banking-tech context. The ideal candidate has senior DevOps and coaching background, deep CI/CD tooling expertise, cloud and container experience, and excellent English

Qualificações

Senior DevOps Engineer or Platform Lead with coaching and people coordination experience.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team across DevOps disciplines.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling, automation, and modern delivery practices.
Fluent English (B2) mandatory; Portuguese or French valued as a plus.

Responsabilidades

DevOps Coaching & Culture: elevate DevOps maturity and autonomy through workshops and roadmaps.
Local Leadership: act as Lisbon manager for a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with Infra management.
CI/CD & Platform: evolve CI/CD tooling and infrastructure automation standards.
Architecture & Guidance: collaborate to define designs and long-term transformation roadmap.
Cross-functional Orchestration: bridge developers, IT ops, security, and partners to remove bottlenecks.
