Job summary

Komodo Consulting, a technology and strategy firm active in Portugal, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a Lisbon-based project for a Tech Company.

The role focuses on maintaining and evolving the DevOps platform, CI/CD pipelines, and automation across environments. You will collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, and development teams to migrate components, optimize pipelines, and produce clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with GoCD or equivalent CI/CD tooling.
• Knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, Groovy).
• Familiarity with pipelines for Java/Maven, Node.js, Angular, Spring Boot, Docker, Python.
• Experience with artefact management tools (Nexus, Harbor).
• Knowledge of SonarQube, SAST/DAST, Vault or similar tools.
• Ability to read/analyze existing code and configuration.
• Experience in enterprise or banking environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and evolve the existing DevOps platform.
• Assist in migrating repositories, teams, and components to Gluon/GitHub.com.
• Adapt and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Support GoCD, GitHub Actions, and automation workflows.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot pipelines.
• Assist in configuring applications in Gluon (components and app-config).
• Support development teams during onboarding and migration.
• Produce and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, propose solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, and development teams.
