PrimeIT, a leading IT and engineering services company, is seeking a Junior Derivatives Analyst for a hybrid role in Lisbon, Portugal. English language is mandatory for daily tasks and collaboration with international counterparties.

Responsibilities include monitoring delivery products, reconciliations, and acting as the main contact for clients, brokers, and CCPs. The role involves risk awareness and coordinating with the Team Leader to resolve issues and improve controls.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the different types of delivery products.
• Clearings Houses vs BackOffice reconciliations check (margins, payments, positions).
• Be the 1st point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) with regards to the delivery process.
• Interact with internal and/or external entities to obtain additional information for unidentified entries.
• Maintain communication channels with internal business teams.
• Escalate unresolved items to the Team Leader.
• Understand risks and support the Control Framework to mitigate identified risks with the Team Leader.

We are looking for a Derivatives Analyst (Junior) for this project!

Main Tasks

• Monitoring the different types of delivery products;
• Clearing Houses vs BackOffice Reconciliations check (margins, payments, positions);
• Be the 1st point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) with regards the delivery process;
• Interact with allneeded internal and/or external entities in order to get additional information for unidentified entries;
• and maintain Communication Channels with internal business teams;
• Escalate unresolved open items to the Team Leader;
• understand the risks inherent to the daily activity and the existing Control Framework to mitigate the risks identified and take corrective measures/actions along with the Team Leader.
