The Straumann Group, encompassing the Neodent brand, is seeking a Sales Representative in the Leiria region to drive growth and account penetration within a defined territory. You will promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective dental customers, leveraging consultative selling and strong product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have a Dental or healthcare sales background, 3–5 years of sales experience, and excellent Portuguese and English communication skills.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharma or medical devices.
• Proven consultative selling in B2B environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow existing accounts within a defined territory.
• Identify, target and convert new business opportunities with dental practices and labs.
• Develop territory plans and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
