Job summary

Boslan, part of Accenture, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre cooling projects in Sines, Portugal. You will manage initiation, planning, execution, and handover with a focus on safety, schedule and budget.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC or related fields, strong client-facing communication, and the ability to coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to deliver complex cooling infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in HVAC or related environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and data centre cooling.
• Experience with chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, CDUs and liquid cooling.
• Ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure for data centre cooling infrastructure projects.
• Oversee design, review and construction supervision of cooling systems and liquid cooling solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage with clients to define requirements and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead commissioning, performance validation and handover with quality and safety standards.
