Boslan, part of Accenture, is seeking a driven MEP Delivery Lead to drive mechanical and electrical building services across full project lifecycles in Sines, Portugal. You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

You will manage programme, cost and quality objectives, oversee IST and readiness activities, and ensure governance and risk processes are followed in fast-paced construction

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical data centre projects.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems.
• Experience managing MEP design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MEP delivery across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational handover.
• Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants and specialist vendors.
• Drive programme, cost, quality, safety and performance objectives throughout the project.
• Manage testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and operational readiness activities.
• Oversee project governance, risk management, change control and stakeholder reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting project success and business growth opportunities.
