Boslan, part of Accenture, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre cooling infrastructure projects in Sines, Portugal. You will oversee initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure, coordinating internal teams and vendors to deliver on time, on budget and to the highest safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in project management in HVAC or similar, deep knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, CDUs and liquid cooling, and fluent Portuguese

Qualificações

• 3+ years of project management experience in HVAC, construction or related industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and data centre cooling infrastructure.
• Experience with chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, CDUs and liquid cooling.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced construction environments.
• Portuguese (fluent) and English (Advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Lead all project phases from initiation to closure for data centre cooling projects.
• Oversee design, review and construction of cooling systems (chillers, towers, CRAH/CRAC, CDUs).
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure delivery.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and change control processes.
• Engage with clients to define requirements and ensure feasibility.
• Lead commissioning, performance validation and handover with quality and safety.
