Job summary

Boslan, part of Accenture, is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering professional to lead MEP delivery for hyperscale and data centre projects in Portugal. The role focuses on end-to-end project execution, coordinating design, procurement, construction, testing and handover with diverse stakeholders.

The position requires strong technical know-how, robust project management and excellent communication skills to drive performance, safety and client satisfaction in a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical data centre projects.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical/building services systems.
• Experience managing MEP design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Strong knowledge of project/programme management and risk management.
• Professional membership or chartered status advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to operate in complex, fast-paced construction environments.
• Languages: Portuguese (fluent); English (Advanced).

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical data centre projects.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems.
• Experience managing MEP design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, programme management and risk management.
• Professional engineering membership or chartered status (or currently working towards it) is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced construction environments.
• Languages: Portuguese (fluent); English (Advanced).
