Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Portugal to lead data centre cooling infrastructure projects from initiation to close. You will oversee design, review, and construction supervision of chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, and liquid cooling solutions, coordinating vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in project management within HVAC or industrial environments, excellent stakeholder management, and fluent Portuguese with advanced English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in HVAC or related industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and data centre cooling infrastructure.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from initiation to closure for data centre cooling projects.
• Oversee design, review and construction supervision of cooling systems like chillers and CRAH/CRAC units.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure project delivery.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and change control processes.
• Engage with clients to define requirements and ensure feasibility and relationships.
• Lead commissioning and handover activities with safety and quality standards.
