TD SYNNEX Portugal seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager in Data/Automation to drive growth by engaging key customers and developing vendor partnerships. This role blends BDM responsibilities in markets where functions are not deployed separately, requiring a strategic, results-driven mindset.

You will lead strategic initiatives, identify opportunities, negotiate tenders and large deals, and collaborate with sales teams to expand market share.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales and channel partnerships.
• Proven track record with tenders and large deals.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth in Data/Automation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
• Identify and onboard new vendors, driving sales and optimizing results.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance market penetration and share of wallet.
• Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals.
• Provide structured sales guidance and enablement to internal teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by increasing loyalty and profitability.
• Engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
• Support direct reports and BDEs, where applicable.
