A data solutions provider is seeking an ETL Developer to enhance the transformation layer within their ELT framework. This role is completely remote from Portugal and requires 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, with strong skills in SQL and DBT. The successful candidate will design data models based on Kimball principles and ensure the integrity and security of data while collaborating with various stakeholders in an Agile environment.

We’re looking for an ETL Developer with DBT to drive the transformation layer (T in ELT) and evolve our core data warehouse model. You’ll play a key role in shaping scalable analytics capabilities while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. (100% remote from Portugal)

Responsabilities

• Own and develop the transformation layer within our ELT framework
• Design data models based on Kimball principles
• Expand the central data warehouse by continuously integrating new data sources
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, security, and proactive monitoring
• Manage multiple projects in an Agile environment
• Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream data stakeholders
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering
• Strong SQL and DBT expertise
• Working knowledge of Python
• Deep understanding of Kimball data modeling principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
