Match Profiler, a data-driven information systems consultancy, is seeking a Data Engineer for a hybrid position in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra. You will design and optimize data pipelines, leverage AWS services, and implement DBT and Airflow to support business insights.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain data warehouse design, and contribute to performance tuning and BI integrations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong SQL and Python, and familiarity

Qualificações

• +3 years of experience in data engineering or related field
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation
• Experience with DBT and Airflow to orchestrate pipelines
• Hands-on with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift)
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Git version control
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and performance optimization
• Exposure to data visualization tools and BI platforms

What we are looking for

• +3 years of experience
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services, especially Redshift
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with DBT and Airflow
• Experience with other AWS services such as S3, Lambda, or Glue
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and BI platforms
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and performance optimization
