Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, SQL).
• Integrate and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions.
• Implement and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and data models in accordance with best practices.
• Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of data processing in Azure/AWS/GCP environments.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance across all data systems.

You’ll be a great match if you have:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Databricks (workspaces, clusters, notebooks, Delta Lake).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, ADF, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
