Flix provides travel services designed to make transportation more accessible, sustainable, and affordable. Its marketing activities support global market growth, increase repeat purchases, and prevent customer churn.

Задачи:

• Own CRM analytics and reporting across 45+ markets;
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time tracking of CRM performance, targets, and business trends;
• Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, customer behavior drivers, value-generating segments, and cross-market differences;
• Develop scalable, automated reporting solutions alongside deep-dive analyses and ad hoc business investigations;
• Monitor and optimize CRM KPIs, including engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, and communication effectiveness;
• Improve segmentation, personalization, experimentation, tracking quality, and data reliability with CRM, data, and product teams;
• Evaluate A/B tests and identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities;
• Present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience in data analytics or BI, ideally in CRM, marketing, or e-commerce;
• Proven experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions for non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong SQL expertise, including CTEs, window functions, and multi-table joins;
• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design and visualization;
• Solid understanding of marketing and CRM KPIs, including conversion, engagement, attribution, and customer lifetime value;
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing/CRM teams;
• Strong data storytelling and statistical literacy, including significance testing;
• Structured, detail-oriented, and autonomous working style;
• Proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with marketing automation tools such as Braze.
