Flix is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own CRM analytics across 45+ markets, building real-time Power BI dashboards and delivering actionable insights on campaigns and customer behavior. You will collaborate with CRM, data, and product teams to improve segmentation, experimentation, and data reliability, while advancing our marketing strategies globally.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, advanced SQL in Snowflake, and a strong English communication style to influence senior stakeholders

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI, esp. CRM/marketing/e‑commerce.
• Proven dashboarding and automated reporting for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, multi-table joins) in a modern cloud data warehouse.
• Advanced Power BI with data modeling, DAX, and visualization skills.
• Good understanding of CRM KPIs like conversion, engagement, LTV.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRM analytics and reporting across 45+ markets, delivering visibility into performance and business impact.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards providing real-time CRM tracking and trends.
• Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and cross-market differences.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions and conduct deep-dive analyses and ad hoc investigations.
• Monitor and optimize engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, and lifecycle KPIs.
• Partner with CRM, data, and product teams to improve segmentation, personalization, and data reliability.
• Evaluate A/B tests and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
