Flix seeks a Senior Data Analyst to lead CRM analytics across 45+ markets, delivering dashboards and insights for growth and retention. You will work with CRM, data, and product teams to optimize segmentation and measurement.

The role requires advanced SQL in Snowflake, strong Power BI design skills, and English fluency. A hybrid work model and international collaboration are offered to drive scalable CRM strategies.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI, ideally CRM/marketing/e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and automated reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, multi‑table joins) in a modern cloud data warehouse.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRM analytics and reporting across 45+ markets, delivering visibility into performance and business impact.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with real-time tracking of CRM performance, targets, and trends.
• Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, customer behavior, and cross-market differences.
