Responsabilités

• Provide high-end support for Dyson consumer electronics via phone, chat, and email.
• Guide customers through technical troubleshooting for premium appliances.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to offer expert advice and drive brand loyalty.
• Ensure interactions reflect premium Dyson service standards.
• Document customer inquiries accurately in the internal database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering a seamless Danish-speaking experience.
