Ww Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to work remotely from Greece on international projects. The role offers paid training, relocation support, and a performance bonus up to 20% of monthly salary. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and support orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.

Candidates must have Danish at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, with strong communication and CRM familiarity. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and offer effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage customer cases and keep CRM records accurate.
• Provide timely updates and professional, customer‑focused support.

Job description

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Client Service Advisors in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

(paid over 14 months ) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
