Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Technical Support Customer Expert to join our international team and relocate to Greece. You will provide expert assistance on high-end consumer electronics and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues from a remote role based in Greece.

In this position you’ll collaborate with multinational colleagues, deliver precise Dutch-language support, and contribute to customer satisfaction through clear guidance and proactive problem

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong English proficiency for international collaboration.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Passion for consumer electronics and helping others navigate tech.
• Previous technical support or customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical assistance to customers regarding high-end consumer electronics products.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance for all users.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, professional, and empathetic support in Dutch.
• Document all technical inquiries and resolution steps accurately within the internal database.
• Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics trends to provide informed and effective product guidance.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve technical processes and customer service workflows.
• Educate clients on product features and configuration to maximize their user experience.
