Job summary

A Blueview Talent procura um(a) Técnico(a) de Suporte ao Cliente em Lisboa, com foco em questões técnicas para um projeto de motor de busca, num ambiente BPO estruturado. Horário fixo de segunda a sexta (08:00–17:00) com apoio de relocation para quem se muda de fora.

Perfil: dinamarquês fluente e inglês (B2+), excelentes capacidades de comunicação e resolução de problemas, experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou suporte técnico é um plus, e facilidade de aprender sistemas.

Responsibilities

• Receber, registrar e acompanhar solicitações no sistema de atendimento.

An on‑site Technical Customer Support role with the employer in Lisbon supporting a Search Engine project, focused on handling customer and technical support inquiries within a structured BPO environment. Fixed Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–17:00) with relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

• Native/Fluent Danish and good English (B2+)
