Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish-speaking Paypal Customer Expert to join our team in Greece. You will provide top-tier support for Danish-speaking users of FinTech payment platforms, handling inquiries, disputes, and security concerns with precision and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service, banking, or digital support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for Danish-speaking users of global FinTech payment platforms.
• Resolve account inquiries, payment disputes, and security concerns with precision.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving FinTech regulations and internal standards to protect data.
• Act as primary contact for Danish-speaking clients and deliver empathetic, solutions-oriented service.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve platform issues.
• Educate users on secure features and tools within the digital financial ecosystem.
• Document all interactions in the CRM to maintain service records.
