WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with a remote work model and relocation package.

You will handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, maintain CRM records, and contribute to a multinational team. Training is fully paid, with onboarding and career development opportunities; applicants must have the right to work in Greece and visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties and returns
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases as needed
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
