Ignite. in Lisbon is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative for a hybrid role supporting Danish users of smart home products. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, assisting with orders, product information, and setup.

Working in a hybrid setup from Lisbon, you will support a prominent global manufacturer of smart home products and consumer electronics, delivering top-tier service to Danish users.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats concerning orders, product information, warranties, shipping, and setup.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot smart home products and electronics, offering clear solutions or escalating advanced issues to technical specialists.
• Data Entry: Log all user interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new product launches, firmware updates, and company guidelines to deliver clear, empathetic communication.
• Skill Development: Attend fully paid, ongoing training programs to enhance your product knowledge and soft skills.

Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Languages: Native or C1/C2 Danish fluency paired with professional B2 English skills.
• Location: Must live in (or be ready to relocate to) Lisbon, Portugal, with valid local work authorization.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication with a patient, customer-focused approach.
• Tech Aptitude: Comfortable navigating computer systems, multitasking across platforms, and learning new tools quickly.
• Pluses: Experience in call centers, retail, or hospitality, as well as a passion for consumer electronics and smart tech.

Schedule

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
• Shifts: Regular daytime hours between 08:00 and 17:00.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Pay: €1,400 gross per month (distributed over 14 payments per year).
• Danish Allowance: Extra €150 gross per month for your language skills.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 gross per month based on key performance indicators.
• Meal Allowance: €7 net per working day (~€140-€150 per month).
